Day 20: What is your favourite form of cardio?
Definitely running! Sometimes its so hard for me to actually find the motivation to go for a run, but the feeling you get afterwards is just so good! The days that I wake up and go for a run first thing gets me so refreshed and energised for the rest of the day, I wish I did it more often! But I’m just so lazy and it seems like I never have the time :(
Day 19: What is your favourite body part to work...
I don’t really have a favourite, but I guess abs and legs? Mostly because they’re the areas that I want to target the most. I do heaps of crunches and ab exercises and I like going for walks with my dog and early morning runs :)
